Who I am
Business Growth Architect · Founder, UpgradIQ
I'm a business growth consultant based in the UAE. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and execution, helping founders move from fragmented tactics to integrated growth architecture.
I founded UpgradIQ to give early-stage and scale-up teams a structured path through the messy middle. Across more than 20 years in the startup world as operator, advisor, and educator, I've worked with founders at every stage, from first idea to regional scale. I've been advising startups at the AUC Venture Lab since 2017.
I teach the way I operate: frameworks first, then execution. My signature tools are the Startup Periodic Table, LEAP (Learn, Execute, Analyze, Prove), and the F.A.R.C.P. brainstorming framework, used by founders, operators, and students across the region.
