Three structured formats
1:1 monthly
Ongoing monthly coaching. Two 60-minute sessions per month plus async check-ins between sessions to keep momentum.
4-session sprint
A focused four-week sprint to break through one specific growth or leadership challenge. Defined scope, clear output.
Small-group cohort
A curated group of 4–6 founders meeting weekly for six weeks on a shared theme: positioning, pricing, or scaling operations.
A simple, structured cadence
We start with a 30-minute intake to align on your goals, current situation, and what success looks like at the end of our work together.
Structured sessions on Zoom. Every session has pre-work, live problem-solving, and a specific action commitment before we close.
Async check-ins over email or voice notes. The goal is to keep momentum: not wait for the next scheduled hour to unblock yourself.
At defined checkpoints we assess progress and decide: continue, change format, or conclude. No indefinite retainers.
