A plan is only worth writing if it can be argued with. This one names the moves, the order, and the number each one is supposed to move, so at the end of ninety days there is no debate about whether it worked.

It is built on your own numbers, not on a template, which is why it takes a week rather than an afternoon.

What lands

  • A written ninety-day plan: what to do, in what order
  • The number each move is meant to change, and by roughly how much
  • What to stop doing, which is usually the shorter and more valuable list
  • Two working calls to take the plan apart and put it back together

What you will hold at the end

  • Ninety days written out, in order, with an owner-sized scope for each move
  • The number each move is meant to change, so nobody argues about it afterwards
  • The list of things to stop, which is usually shorter and worth more
  • Two working calls to pull it apart before you commit to it

What I need from you

  • Analytics access, by invitation
  • Your numbers for the last twelve months
  • Whatever plan you are working to now

The clock starts when payment and these have both arrived, whichever is later.

Do not take my word for it. Run it yourself.

These are the engines that run inside this engagement, live on this site, free, with no signup. Point one at your own page now.

What you buy is not the checks. It is the reading of them: which one of the findings is actually capping you, in what order to clear them, and what to ignore. The tools give you the list for nothing.

What it covers

The ground it covers, worked on your own numbers rather than on a case study.

The sequence

The order matters more than the contents: most of these moves only work once another has landed.

A number per move

What each one is meant to change, so at day ninety nobody argues about whether it worked.

What to stop

Usually the shorter list and the more valuable one.

Capacity against ambition

A plan written against hours nobody has is a wish, so it is written against the team you actually have.

Is this the right one for you?

The second list is the useful one. It is the part nobody selling anything has a reason to write.

This is for you if

  • You know roughly what is wrong and need it turned into a sequence somebody can execute
  • A board or an investor is asking what the next quarter looks like
  • Your team is busy and you cannot tell whether they are busy on the right things
  • You have just come out of a Growth Check and want the ninety days written out

Not for you if

  • Anyone who wants a plan they will not read again after the first week
  • A team with no capacity to execute. A plan against zero hours is a wish
  • Anyone wanting a template. This is built on your numbers, which is why it takes a week

How it works

From the moment you press the button.

  1. 1

You tell me what you need and I quote

One working day, usually. Nothing is charged until the scope is agreed and you have said yes.

  2. 2

You pay and send the numbers

Twelve months of the basics, and whatever plan you are working to now, so I can tell you what to stop as well as what to start.

  3. 3

    I write the ninety days

Sequenced, not listed. The order matters more than the contents, because most of these moves only work after another one has landed.

  4. 4

Two calls to work through it

The first to take it apart, the second after you have sat with it. A plan you have argued with is a plan you will follow.

Questions

What if I disagree with the plan?

Good. That is what the two calls are for. A plan you cannot argue with is a plan nobody owns.

Do I need a Growth Check first?

Not necessarily. If you already know your constraint and can prove it, this starts from there. If you cannot, the check is the cheaper way to find out.

Is this a strategy deck?

No. It is a working document with moves, an order, and a number against each. Nothing in it is there to look impressive.

How long is it?

As short as it can be while still being followable. The value is in the cutting.
